15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Clean all storage rooms floors; observed dirty floors, (i.e., dust, dirt, debris) in all storage rooms. Observed stained carpet on each floor. Observed paint peeling from the ceiling on 8th floor hall and in bathroom of room 410 , frayed carpeting in room 717, room 516 and room 314. Observed black mold on ceiling and around the molding at the base of the wall in the bathroom. Observed stained ceiling tile on the 8th floor hall. Clean A/C vents near laundry room on 3rd floor and on 8th floor near room 819 observed damaged vent cover . |
