Observed no paper towels at hand sink in laundry room.
5-205.11 A handwashing sink shall be accessible and only used for handwashing. -Pf- Observed hand sink in laundry room was completely blocked by carts. CDI- Carts were removed from the front of the sink. Ensure to always give access for hand washing at all time. |

Observed several (108, 106, 210, 308, 408) bath tubs looking soiled/stained, may need new caulking/or touching up for clean look and easily cleanable. Point remain the same. |

Keep all supplies off the floor to prevent any possible contamination. |
