Person in charge did not have the proper certifications for food service. Talked to the assistant manager. She thought that a certified manager was not required for this location. I explained that it was a requirement. The assistant manager told me that she would make sure the person in charge has the proper certifications by the next inspection. |

5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. The dumster lids are broken. They need to be repaired or the dumster replaced.
5-501.115 Discard items and litter stored in the waste areas and enclosures as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance. Observed several items stored around the dumpster that are considered a harborage to vermin. These items must be removed.
These items will be evaluated on the next inspection. |
