6-303.11 Intensity
The light intensity shall be: At lease 10 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches above the floor in walk-in refrigeration units. You have bulbs out in the walk-in refrigerator and the walk-in freezer.
There are bulbs out under the hood system also. You must replace these bulbs.
6-501.14 Cleaning Ventilation System, Nuisance and Discharge Prohibition
(A) Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Observed dust build-up on the filters of the hood system. You must clean. |
