Observed deli meat on the counter top at 48F. Per the employees, the PIC was working with the meat (making wraps), then stopped to put up the items that the truck dropped off. CDI- Placed the meat in the cooler. Informed the PIC to handle one task at a time. Since he stopped working with the meat to work with the truck items, ensure the meat has been placed in the cooler in order to hold proper temp. |
