Observed half and half being held above 41 degrees F in the CH unit at coffee station.
Half and half bag was date marked of being opened on 11/22 and other creamer in the same CH unit was temping at 41 degrees F.
CDI: PIC voluntarily discarded bag and replaced with new half and half.
