Observed microban and disinfectant spray on counter in 149, virex on shelf behind teacher's desk in 148, wipes and disinfectant spray on table near entrance of class in 212, and microban in 130. Observed janitor's closet unlocked and unoccupied on 2nd floor. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children. Suggest placing items in closet or in desk.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
