General CommentsBox of tomatoes observed in upright cooler in back. Establishment’s permit states that establishment must receive fruits and vegetables pre-washed due to lack of prep sink. Establishment must buy pre-washed tomatoes or risk permit action. Amy’s Cafe is operated by same ownership on hospital campus and it has prep sinks so establishment could receive unwashed produce there and wash the produce in prep sink in Amy’s Cafe and then transfer it to Midday at the Tower.
