15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed debris in vents of a/c unit in room 1420 and carpet on 15th floor in need of vacuuming. Recommend frequent cleaning of air vents and filters in all rooms and higher frequency of vacuuming in hallways and common areas. |
