Observed debris in and on heating and cooling unit covers in 621,1520 and 1411. Clean covers in and on heating and cooling units. Wipe/dust top of television in 1526. Clean corner of showers in 1401 and 727. Replace missing shower gasket in 1401. Clean ceiling ventilation in bathroom in 1201, 1220. Replace damaged ceiling ventilation cover in bathroom located in room 1220. Replace damaged window covering in room 809. Wipe/clean wall near entrance to bathroom in room 809. Monitor hairline crack in base of vanity in 1116 and replace if needed. 15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. |
