15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed no paper towel available at a hand washing sink in a laundry room. CDI- Paper towels provided at the time of inspection. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand washing sink at all time. |

5-501.113 (B) Maintain tight fitting lids or doors on outside receptacles. Observed lids are left opened when not in used. PIC stated the cleaning crews are in and out dumping trash during the day. The lids get to be closed at the end of the day.
5-501.114 Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Observed a dumpster is missing a drain plug. Need a replacement. |
