15A NCAC 18A .1828 (d) Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. REPEAT. Observed soiled brooms stored above clean towels on one housekeeping cart. Observed another housekeeping cart with soiled duster stored above bottles of shampoo, coffee creamers, bags of coffee, and other items going out to customer. |
