Ice machine needs to be repaired/ replaced. Oven door will not stay shut. Towels are being stuffed at door corners to wedge it into place. This is a fire hazard. Warmer door will not remain closed. Velcro is used in place of gaskets. Velcro is not easily cleanable. Velcro should be removed and seals added. Gaskets on walk in cooler and freezer need to be replaced. They are torn and hanging out of door. Walk in cooler door to self close completely. Repair. So that it will close. The threshold for the walk in cooler is in disrepair. Wood is showing through the metal. Wood is absorbent. Threshold should be repaired so that the wood is no longer exposed and the metal cover is easy to clean. Repair leak in True fridge. Milk and other items are standing in the water. They were moved.
