4-204.115 Warewashing Machines, Temperature Measuring Devices (Pf): Guage on dish machine is not reading accurately. Manager is logging temperature of dish machine daily until machine is fixed. Manager also has thermo labels to ensure the machine is sanitizing properly. Thermo label was placed in machine and the color changed indicating the machine is sanitizing properly. Please repair gauges as soon as possible. |
