The chlorine concentration shall be 50-200 ppm when washing dishes and utensils.
The Warewashing machine was not pulling chlorine at the start of inspection. CDI-The PIC had the chlorine replaced with a new bottle and the chlorine was reading 50 ppm at the end of inspection. |
