Observed cleaned spoons and forks being stored with mouth/food contact surfaces facing up. They should be inverted so that they are not touch with people's hands.

Keep these lids and side doors shut between uses prevents pests on the premises. 5-501.114 Using Drain Plugs (C) Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for REFUSE, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Drain plug is missing on one of the dumpsters. Drain plug keep pest out of the dumpsters.
