The procedures shall address the specific
actions EMPLOYEES must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of EMPLOYEES, consumers, FOOD, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. EHS did not observe a written vomit and diarrheal event plan. CDI: EHS gave PIC one. |

EHS observed the three comp sink sanitizing solution was too low. CDI: PIC remade solution and it was within the required range. |

EHS observed a food thermometer, but it was not a thin probe. EHS will return 7/1/2026 to ensure PIC has a thin probe thermometer. |
