EHS did not observe a written vomit and diarrheal event plan. CDI: EHS gave PIC one.

EHS observed the three comp sink sanitizing solution was too low. CDI: PIC remade solution and it was within the required range.

EHS observed a food thermometer, but it was not a thin probe. EHS will return 7/1/2026 to ensure PIC has a thin probe thermometer.
