General CommentsInspection conducted by Zach Holtsclaw under guidance of EHS Paul Miller #3468. Operator informed EHS that new equipment will be purchased for the kitchen, please email spec sheets so the file can be updated. Overall neat and clean kitchen. PIC has good controls of food operations!
