General CommentsInspection conducted by Intern Zach Holtsclaw under guidance of EHS Paul Miller (#3468). PIC washed hands at all times when necessary! Overall neat and clean kitchen! The staff are very professional! Ensure dented, chipped, cracked, or heavily scorn dishes and utensils are discarded and replaced.
