Half & Half on TPHC at the self- serve counter was not time stamp (B) If time without temperature control is used as the public health control up to a maximum of 4 hours (3) The FOOD shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the FOOD is removed from temperature control.

A spray pump of drain cleaner was observed unlabeled. Working containers used for storing POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS such as cleaners and SANITIZERS taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly identified with the common name of the material.

Found Zevo fly and gnat spray listed as house-hold use only stored with other chemicals. A restricted use pesticide shall be applied only by an applicator certified as defined in 7 USC 136 Definitions, (e) Certified Applicator, of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or a person under the direct supervision of a certified applicator and shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I.
