5-202.12(C) A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water continuously for at least 15 seconds. Observed that the restrooms in the lower school cafeteria were holding for no longer than 9 seconds, and the restrooms in the upper school were holding for no longer than 12 seconds. PIC placed a work order for the faucets to be extended for a duration of at least 15 seconds. -zero- |

4-602.11(E)(4) Equipment such as ice bins shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Observed mold and mildew on the top interior of ice machine. PIC will have someone clean soon. PIC stated that the ice machine is rarely, if not used at all. Suggestion is to empty machine and place “not in use”. |
