Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Replace water stained ceiling tile in laundry room. Stain on ceiling tile is old and stain is dry. Leaking ceiling/ air handler has been repaired from December. During inspection no leaks observed and there was heavy down pours. Touch-up paint wooden cove base molding. Touch-up paint half walls and doors throughout and remove peeling paint. Repair loose flooring in afterschool room. Repair damaged floor tile/ flooring around floor drains in bathrooms on right hand side of child care center. Observed floor tiles damaged and tape around floor drain in bathrooms. Reattach self closing fixture on door leading to the playground in 3's/4's room.Repair hinge on door leading to back room that is not being used on the right hand side of center. |
