Inspection conducted with Franklin Rodriguez. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the Operator. Observed new pump motor installed, pump appears to be the same. Per CPO, motor was installed a few weeks ago. Checked with our office, permit E4021309 has been obtained, but not finaled yet. G.S. 130A-2(3) Ensure pump motor is properly installed by a licensed electrician and electrical permit and passing inspection are obtained from Code Enforcement. Small section of deck drain came unglued and is missing. Maintain deck drains with no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Intent to suspend issued 5) 24) Passing electrical inspection
