Observed utensils being stored in a container of water that was 54F. CDI EHS educated PIC and she removed water from the container. |

5-103.12 Provide water under pressure to all fixtures.-Pf Pump stopped working during the inspection and water was not available. CDI Maintenance arrived during visit and was able to get the motor running again. However, they decided to attach and use a mobile generator for now. |
