50 0.50 Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure No No No 5-103.12 Provide water under pressure to all fixtures.-Pf Observed hot water available at start of inspection at handsink and prep sink. However, during inspection, pump used to move water from storage tank to sink lost significant pressure; PIC suspects this may be due to an electrical system issue at circuit breaker. Weak flow of water was sufficient for washing hands; however, water flow to other portions of the MFU was insufficient for tasks such as produce or utensil washing. A verification will occur no later than 02/26/2025.
