Observed self-dispensing cereal dispensers with the common name of cereal, but did not include the list of ingredients, quantity of cereal dispenser, name of business, and major allergens associated with cereals. EHS spoke with PIC about including information placard with this information or suggested using individual boxes of pre-packaged cereal that include all nutritional and allergen information. PIC stated that establishment will switch to individual, commercially packaged boxes of cereal. |
