The walls and counters were in the middle of repair and were to be finished on the next Monday. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.

There was a broken dish machine that was due to be replaced but was still in the facility. The establishment shall maintain a premises which is free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. |
