17 4 Premises: decks unobstructed, properly drained, free of trip hazards No No No .2522(b) Provide at least 5 ft of clear walking space around the pool at all times. Observed bench with electrical radio/cd player set on it and plugged into a cord. This was within 18 inches of the water edge and if the bench were to be toppled, the plugged in electrical device may be an electrical hazard, as it likely would have fallen into the poo water. Keep such devices back away from the water edge where they cannot fall into the water. -CDI C. Elmore moved the bench and device back against the wall where it could not fall into the water.
