3-304.12 - In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage: Store in-use utensils in a clean, dry place, in food with handles out, in 135F or greater water or in running water which quickly moves food particles to the drain. Observed ice scoop for ice machine laying directly on top of machine. Facility has metal bucket for storage, food employee in a rush did not place back in proper area. Observed 2 knives stored between metal conduit line and wall. EHS recommends buying knife rack or knife magnet. |

Handles on two door stand-up cooler need to be replaced. Gaskets on 2 door stand up need replaced As well as gaskets on flip top on main cooks line up against the wall.
