Provide tempered water no less than 105F and no more than 116F. |

15A NCAC 18A .1620 (d) All food shall be stored as required by Parts 3-302.11, 3-302.12, 3-305.11, and 3-305.12 of the Food Code, incorporated by reference at 15A NCAC 18A .2650 as amended by 15A NCAC 18A .2653. -Observed packs of paper towels, water bottles, juices stored on the closet floor pantry. Ensure to store all food and clean supplies above the floor at least 6 inches at anytime. |
