General Comments

EHS observed facility is offering cake slices for sale from Wright’s Desert. These cake slices are not labeled properly. EHS advised facility to discontinue sale until they can verify that Wright’s Desert is permitted. EHS did not observed any sandwiches in the grab n go cold case today. PIC has a sign on case stating that the sandwiches are no longer self serve. Case will be locked in the front so that customers can not open. Facility will only store sandwiches in the case and customers will have to ask staff for sandwiches. Sandwiches will be date marked individually. Facility is not offering sandwiches for sale for a few weeks. He is looking for more help. EHS spoke with Kishore Lakhwani (KK) today.
