The concentration of Quat/QAC sanitizer was observed at 0 ppm. For Quat/QAC based sanitizers, the required concentration range is 200 ppm to 400 ppm.
The quat sanitizer was not hooked up to the dispenser during today's inspection while they were sanitizing dishes. The PIC hooked up the sanitizer dispenser to the sanitizing solution and the sanitizer was observed at 300 ppm. EHS recommended checking the dispenser hook-up on a daily basis to make sure that the sanitizer solution will be dispensed. CDI |
