22 - Street address has changed to E. Brooklyn Village Av. 911 still has E. Stonewall St. Pool has until next operating permit to correct. Address shall read 558 E. Brooklyn Village Av. 911 shall identify emergency phone as the outdoor pool. Address with phone company who will update to 911 system. Given until 2023 operating permit to repair. New motor installed on feature pump. No permit pulled. Pump shall remain off until permit is finaled for electrical. Provide permit number to health department for approval. Franklin Moffitt present during the inspection. New CPO on staff. Provide updated CPO information. Currently have Frankie listed as CPO. Note - some lights on pool patios. Ensure no glass light fixtures.
