Observed opened containers of soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk cold holding above 41F inside 2 door Low boy. Ambient obsevred at 45F thermometer placed on right side of the cooler.
CDI - Milk moved to 2 door standing RIC used for back up plant milks.
PIC stated fans were blocked by milks positioned up against them.
Milks rearranged.
