Consider purchasing Dunnage racks or NSF approved storage racks for storing the olive oils so they are off the floor.
This will protect the food and facilitate proper cleaning. |

Floor is unfinished and should be smooth, and easily cleanable. Same applies to the strip of flooring that is missing at the threshold in the door way that goes to the back. |
