Inspection completed with Jamie Walker present. Immediate suspension issued for non-operational emergency phone. Observed drain covers installed as WATERWAY 640-479X. PDSC paperwork indicates LAWSON drain covers installed. Submit updated PDSC paperwork for approval from Health Department. Contact the front office at 980.314.1620 to reopen pool once phone is repaired and new PDSC paperwork has been submitted. Please submit PDSC paperwork to Katie.rudisill@mecknc.gov
