General Comments

Inspection conducted with Gerald Hinson. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Outer rope on ring buoy starting to fray. Recommend replacing with new USCG approved ring buoy. Ensure throw rope is 48 feet long. Observed some sand washed away from between pavers and coping. Recommend grouting, caulking, or filling this back in with polymetric sand prior to this Winter. Observed eyeball for bubblers have now been installed. Facility is changing ownership. Please fill out updated pool application and return it to our office so that we can update our records. Application emailed to management.
