16 - Could not verify that windows on to pool deck have limiters. Ensure window limiters on all windows that lead directly on to the pool deck. 22 - 911 operator indicated that inspector was faint. Have phone company look at phone in order to ensure speaker is working properly. 30 days to repair. Note: Observed pool vacuum in pump room. Ensure equipment is kept accessible. No glass on pool deck. Ensure lights on pool patios are not glass. Intent to Suspends issued for main drain checks, cyanuric acid, and fountain/decking.
