General Comment: #34. Thin shelving where television is stored was replaced at time of inspection with a thicker and stronger board to support televsion. Recommend securing shelving to wall mounted brace. Clean edge of chairs to table in classroom area. Recommend trying using a magic eraser to clean chairs in room.***Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #35. Replace missing electrical outlet cover in electrical outlet on playground area.
