General Comments

Inspection completed with Michael Jackson present. Permit suspended for new pump and motor installation without pool drain suction compliance (PDSC) form submittal and approval from the health department. A bonding/grounding wire inspection must also be completed for the motor replacement. Please submit an in-field plan review document with the new pump specifications as well as an updated PDSC form. These documents can be submitted to meckpools@mecknc.gov. These documents can be found on our website at https://eh.mecknc.gov/pools. Once these items are submitted and approved, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and reopen pool. Pool to remain closed with closed signs posted at this time. Items below this line are 30 day intent to suspend items. A 30 day intent to suspend the permit will be issued if these items have not been corrected once the permit is reinstated. 1. Loose depth/no dive tiles on pool deck. 2. Gate not self-latching near fitness area.
