POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION. STICKER WAS ISSUED. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE SO THAT IT CAN BE PRINTED OUT BY THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT. IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND POSTED WHERE IT IS VISIBLE FROM THE POOL DECK AREA. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING.
