General Comments

Inspection conducted with Shaunne Thomas. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Facility recently changed management from Alliance to Greystar. All mailing/personnel information is still the same. Ring buoy and throw rope fraying. Recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with 50 foot throw rope. Lintel above the skimmers heavily rusted. Recommend replacing with PVC, or other, inert material. If it continues deteriorating, the pool may be closed by Public Health until the steel plate has been replaced to protect the health and safety of bathers. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
