POOL DID NOT PASS INSPECTION AND CANNOT BE OPEN. PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL FAILURE ITEMS ARE CORRECTED. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. POOL SIGNAGE MUST REFLECT THAT THE POOL CAN ONLY BE OPEN AFTER SUNRISE OR BEFORE SUNSET. (DAWN TO DUSK). POOL WAS BUILT IN AUGUST 2010 AND MUST BE MAINTAINED TO THE CURRENT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ITEMS SUCH AS FENCING AND GATES. MAIN DRAINS EXPIRE 5/12/2028 AND MUST BE REPLACED WITH APPROVABLE COVERS, THEN HAVE THE PDSC FORM SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THAT DATE.
