Observed Kings III emergency phone with busy signal after making call for over three minutes. Phone is not able to make another call while the busy signal is present. Front office is within 75' of the pool deck. sign hung on Kings III box indicating that the main office will be used for the emergency phone. Pool is not permitted to operate at anytime the front office is not accessible. Permit approved. Call Chris Sells when emergency phone is repaired at 704 576 8678.
