General CommentsInspection conducted with Daniel May. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Broken glass scattered around the pool deck, especially around one of the gates. G.S. 130A-2(3) Maintain pool deck free of broken glass. - corrected. One depth marker cracked. Recommend replacing. Body hook with one screw, difficult to access behind lounge chairs. Recommend having two screws and relocating to a location that is easy to see and access in the event of an emergency. Weeds growing around pool edge. Recommend removing all weeds from the pool deck prior to opening the pool. Pieces of concrete missing or falling away from along the top of the tile. Recommend properly resealing to prevent further damage. Chemical controller reading 7.5 for pH, I tested at 7.0. Recommend having Caribbean recalibrate the controller. Posted pool hours are 9AM - 8PM. Pool is not approved for night swimming. Change posted hours to reflect that pool closes at dusk or schedule a pool lighting inspection to ensure there is sufficient lighting to allow for night swimming. Permit issued No Night Swimming Paper permit will be on our website, Meckpools.Charmeck.org in 3-5 business days to print for your records.
