POOL CLOSED FOR VGB VIOLATION AS EQUALIZER COVERS ARE LISTED AS 3 ON THE PDSC SHEET BUT THERE ARE ONLY 2 EQUALIZER COVERS PRESENT IN THE POOL. THESE COVERS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT TO HANDLE THE PUMP FLOW WITH ONLY 2 AQUASTAR 6HP COVERS. THIS CAN BE RESOLVED BY EITHER INSTALLING NEW COVERS THAT WILL HANDLE THE FLOW RATE, OR BY PLUGGING THE SKIMMER LINES AT THE POOL WALL AND AT THE EQUALIZER LINE OPENING INSIDE THE SKIMMER THAT LEADS TO THE POOL WALL. PROVIDE AN UPDATED PDSC FORM TO CHRISTOPHER ELMORE WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THAT REFLECTS WHAT CHANGES ARE MADE SO THAT THE FORM CAN BE APPROVED.
