4-205.10 Except for toasters, mixers, microwave ovens, water heaters, and hoods, food equipment shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s intended use and certified or classified for sanitation by an ANSI-accredited certification program. The deep Freezer must be commercial. Unit is not commercial and needs to be replaced with commercial unit.
4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. The gasket to the prep unit is torn and needs to be replaced.
4-101.11 Multi-use finish must be smooth, easily cleanable surface. The tap being used to hold the pool noodle to the counter is not easy to clean and the pool noodle is not easy to clean. Replace with easy to clean item. |
