3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf Observed opened container of vegetable broth with no label indicating its date of opening. CDI - PIC was able to verify it was opened on 9/10 and labeled container.
