General Comments: #3. Continue to touch-up paint throughout hospital where needed (bio hazard room, door framings, etc.). Monitor water stained ceiling tiles in Area E of lobby area and repair any roof or HVAC leaks. #5. Replace damaged arm rest on wheel chair stored near entrance to rehab. Observed (1) stretcher than had clean linen present stored in main hallway area. Recommend placing a cover sheet over stretchers containing clean linen and stored in a high traffic area.
