6-501.111 Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed several flies near the front counter. Observed small sewer flies near drive-thru area. Flies may be coming from the drains at the drink station. Recommendation is to have control come perform a treatment. Last treatment was performed on Monday, June 22nd. Observed that the fly fan at drive-thru was not on. CDI- Fan was turned on. |
